Ideas for config:
- Number of top posters
- Display on index yes/no
- Exclude groups, admin/mods
- Link in navbar
- Page showing current months progress and beneath that previous month.
- Maybe some previous - next navigation and a select box to chose which month to display.
- Maybe permissions?
